These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of thepuppyplugs.com and participation in Pick Your Puppy Live, operated by The Puppy Plugs and Sean Williams ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering for a Pick Your Puppy Live session or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
The Puppy Plugs offers small-breed puppies for sale and operates Pick Your Puppy Live, a live online event where you can view available puppies, ask questions, and reserve a puppy of interest.
When you register for a Pick Your Puppy Live session, you agree to provide accurate contact information, including your name, email, and phone number. By registering, you consent to receive transactional communications (such as confirmations and event reminders) related to your registration.
You may separately opt in to receive marketing and promotional messages. Marketing consent is optional and is never required to register for or attend a session.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of messages at any time, or HELP for assistance.
Attending a Pick Your Puppy Live session does not obligate you to purchase a puppy. You are free to attend, ask questions, and leave at any time without making a reservation or payment.
If you choose to reserve a puppy, the specific terms of that reservation, deposit, and purchase will be explained to you directly and documented in writing before any payment is required.
All content on thepuppyplugs.com and during Pick Your Puppy Live sessions, including video, graphics, and written content, is the property of The Puppy Plugs unless otherwise noted.
The Puppy Plugs provides information about available puppies in good faith but does not guarantee the availability of any specific puppy at the time of a live session. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our website or participation in our webinars.
