Information We Collect
When you register for a Pick Your Puppy Live session or otherwise interact with our website, we may collect: your name, your email address, your phone number, and any other information you voluntarily provide through our forms.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to: confirm your registration for Pick Your Puppy Live sessions; send you transactional messages (such as event reminders, confirmations, and updates) by email and/or text message; send you marketing and promotional messages, but only if you have separately opted in to receive them; and improve our services and communications.
SMS/Text Messaging
If you provide your phone number and opt in to receive text messages, The Puppy Plugs / Pick Your Puppy Live may send you SMS messages related to your registration, event reminders, and (if you opt in separately) marketing offers.
We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your phone number and consent information are used solely to send you the messages you've agreed to receive, and may be shared only with SMS service providers and platform providers strictly necessary to deliver those messages.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your browsing experience, understand how visitors use our site, and support advertising and analytics. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some site features may not function properly if you do.
Data Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or loss. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You may opt out of marketing/promotional messages at any time without affecting your ability to receive transactional messages related to a session you've registered for. You may also contact us directly to ask that your information be removed from our systems.
